Hi, we are Steve and Bernie (Bernadette) and are both originally from the Midlands. We have been living in So-Cal for over 20 years. We enjoy hot rodding, the outdoors, entertaining friends and also welcoming guests to our home. Steve has an original “Henry” bodied 32 roadster and he is collecting parts for a sympathetic restoration of a LHD Ford Classic Capri which was sold new in California in 1963.

 

Come stay in the friendly home of British Hot Rodders in OrangeCounty with easy access to rod shops, beaches, shopping, entertainment and outdoor activities. You will enjoy large comfortable guestrooms with private bathrooms in a spacious smoke-free 5-bedroom house.

Choose from rooms with two singles or Queen size beds. An inviting garden will offer you a place to sunbathe, relax or enjoy the hot tub. If you do not want to eat out you have full kitchen privileges and an outdoor barbeque.

Among the other facilities we offer are satellite navigation rentals, free use of bicycles, beach chairs and coolers and free high-speed internet access. For longer stays there are full laundry facilities too!

Take advantage of our extensive local knowledge for suggestions of hot rod and tourist places to visit. You can also pre-order car parts to pick up here at the house. We can also source parts and arrange shipping back to the UK. 

Our location puts you 20 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes from the beach, less than an hour from Hollywood and within easy reach of all of the major rod shops of Southern California. The Long Beach Swap Meets are less than 30 minutes away and another ten minutes will get you to the famous Pomona Swap Meet. San Diego and Mexico are also just an hour away.
